Applying to the elementary education or secondary education master's programs

Submit the following items to apply for a master's degree in elementary education or secondary education:
Submit an online application, including a personal goals statement. Under the Department Information tab in the Personal Statement section, please also address whether you are a licensed teacher in Indiana and if so, what license(s) you hold.
Under the Application Information tab, in the Intended Program and Plan section, choose:
Submit two letters of recommendation on official letterhead with signatures.

You'll need to submit official transcripts.
Note: It is not necessary to submit transcripts if you attended Indiana University.

Submit official GRE revised General Test scores.
Note: The GRE is waived for U.S. applicants whose undergraduate GPA is 3.0 or higher.

Official TOEFL scores are required for all international applicants.
The School of Education at IUPUI will accept a TOEFL score of 79 for the Internet-based version of the exam. Please note: The English for Academic Purposes exam(EAP) is waived with a TOEFL score of 100. Go to ets.org/toefl for information about the TOEFL exam.
