Professional Learning Specialist (Instructional Tech Consultant)

The Indiana University School of Education in Indianapolis is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist (Instructional Tech Consultant) to design, develop, and support the delivery, monitoring and management of center-hosted in-person and online equity-focused professional learning and networking experiences across the center's tiered service provision framework.

Required

  • 2 years of experience in instructional development and/or instructional technology consulting, and/or training, and/or teaching (face-to-face or online) or providing instructional design with online instructional technology, preferably in a higher education context.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, instructional technology/design, or related field.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills.
  • Demonstrates a high commitment to quality.
  • Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Information

  • This position is grant funded with expected annual renewals. Renewals are contingent on the availability of grant funds.

Scheduling and Data Administrator/Advisor (Admissions Counselor)

The Indiana University School of Education in Indianapolis is seeking a Scheduling and Data Administrator/Advisor (Admissions Counselor) to manage the course scheduling for the School of Education, maintain record keeping for faculty workload, collect and organize syllabi from course instructors each semester, support the Associate Dean of Evaluation and Assessment, maintain undergraduate student files for accreditation reports and appeals process, and advise undergraduate students.
