My research interests are examining ways to improve the rate of success for underrepresented racial minorities in higher education.
Outside of academia, I have an interest in playing the piano, cooking, video games, and fitness.

An evaluation of college faculty who are historically underrepresented to better understand the impact of mentorships and arears of emprovement.
