Fellows are placed in a full-year Urban Teacher Residency where the curriculum and student teaching focuses on learning to develop and integrate inquiry-based STEM instruction in diverse middle school and high school classrooms. Each Fellow who accepts the $30,000 fellowship commits to teach science, mathematics or engineering technology education for at least three years in a high-need Indiana secondary school.
