Myron Duff

Myron C. Duff, Jr. is the Director of Workforce Readiness and Program Development, an initiative of the IUPUI Office of Community Engagement. Myron has worked in higher education since 1994 in various roles and is passionate about adult learners, community building, and social justice. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Ball State University, a master’s degree in higher education from Miami University (Oxford, OH), and is currently in his last year of coursework as a doctoral student in Indiana University’s Urban Education Studies program with a minor in Adult Education. After completing his PhD, his goal is to become a college professor and his research interests include African American adult male’s ways of knowing.
