HESA degrees are offered through Indiana University Bloomington, but you can complete your degree while based in Indianapolis. You will have to complete coursework at both campuses, however.
The Ed.D. program

The Ph.D. program
If you hope to spend your career working as an institutional researcher, policy analyst, or faculty member in higher education, the Ph.D. program is for you.
This 90 credit hour program has fewer required courses so you can focus on the areas where you envision yourself doing research. There is also a stronger set of inquiry (research) courses required.
