   The Task

You and  four  globe-trotting companions have been assigned to tour five countries in the world to learn about each culture, specifically noting  the customs and  the cuisine associated with each nation.  Each one of you will contribute to this endeavor by reporting on certain facts that you discover on your journey.  After all of the information has been gathered, using both online and offline resources, the trekking team will create a Web page to share with your sedentary friends  back in the United States.

So, grab your gear and a comfortable  pair of hiking

boots and, we're off!

·         Members:

1.  Researching one country and reporting back to the group.

·         The Group:

1.  Devise a strategy for accomplishing this assignment.  Questions to think about for your brainstorming session:  How will you organize the findings of your research?  Will you keep a detailed group journal, a list,  create a table?    You decide.  What do you want the Website to  look like?  What do you want to share with others?  Do you want to mention Websites that you found extremely helpful?

2.  Organize the findings.  Then, using Microsoft FrontPage (with assistance from your teacher) create a Website,  to share the results of your research trek with others.
