Now that you have read Anne Frank: Diary of a Young Girl, let's learn more about Anne and the Holocaust, its victims and some of its survivors.  

Tasks

*        Visit at least three of the following sites which feature stories of survivors of the Holocaust.  Choose two of these stories and compare them to Anne Frank.  How are they different?  How are they the same?

*      Explore the poetry and art about the Holocaust at the Cybrary of the Holocaust (choose Imagine Art Gallery).  Now write your own poem describing the Holocaust.

*      Research Anne Frank's life and the history of her diary by visiting the following sites.  Is the diary authentic?  How would you prove it to someone who questioned it?

*      Visit the site about the Anne Frank Exhibit.  Decide if your school could/should host the exhibit.  Why? or Why not?  Give specific reasons for your decision.

*      Read about the film Anne Frank Remembered.  Watch the movie and then write your own review of the movie from Otto Frank's viewpoint.
