Payment Information
PAYMENT INFORMATION IUPUI operates on a paperless system, which means all communication with students regarding course information, such as schedule of classes, receiving bills, etc. is communicated online or via university email. You may look at your account via Onestart and if you need a copy of your bill, you may obtain it via QuikPay (both can be reached via the Bursar webpage http://bursar.iupui.edu). You may reach the Office of the Bursar by e-mail bursar@iupui.edu or by telephone (317) 274-2451. Bills are not sent in the mail. You are responsible for obtaining your bill online via Onestart or QuikPay.
Please note: You will not receive a paper bill. You need to activate/ check your IU email account. The Account Billing Statement details all fees. All fees have been approved by the Trustees of Indiana University and are subject to change without notice by action of the Trustees of Indiana University. CREDIT HOUR FEE RATES The rates shown in this schedule have been approved for the 2008-2009 Academic year and are applicable for the 2009 Summer Sessions only. CLASSIFICATION INDIANA RESIDENTS NONRESIDENTS Graduate (Education) $304.03 per credit hour $885.43 per credit hour Audited courses Equal to credit hour rate Equal to credit hour rate Mandatory fees are based on the student’s class standing as determined by his/her academic unit at the time fees are assessed. Additional information on Mandatory fees can be found at: http://www.bursar.iupui.edu/mandatory_fees.htm LATE SCHEDULE CHANGE FEE After the close of the 100% refund period, a non‑refundable transaction fee of approximately $22.00 per course is assessed for each added course, changed section, or credit‑to‑audit exchange.
LATE REGISTRATION FEE Late registration fees are assessed on all enrollments beginning the official 1st day of the session. The non‑refundable fee is graduated on the following scale: 1st week of semester approximately $ 45.00 *Please note that the late registration fee corresponds to the 1st week of the workshop. Parking Services offer options for your parking convenience. Please go to www.parking.iupui.edu to select your choice. FYI – you will need your license plate number when you first go into this site. METHODS OF PAYMENT You have many options to pay your bill.
IUPUI’s bank processes payments received in the mail. Please DO NOT enclose correspondence with your remittance. Address change information should be processed via your Onestart account or with the Office of the Registrar, CE 250, 420 University Boulevard, Indianapolis, IN 46202‑5144. All other correspondence for the Office of the Bursar should be placed in the drop box or directed to the OFFICE OF THE BURSAR, P.O. Box 6020, Indianapolis, IN 46206-6020. DO NOT MAIL CASH REFUND SCHEDULE Refund credits are determined by the date the drop activity is processed by the IUPUI Office of the Registrar. Refunds are based on the following schedule: Courses scheduled 5‑8 weeks in length Courses scheduled 2‑4 weeks in length Courses scheduled for 1 week or less
