Academic Programs Educational Leadership This program is available at both Bloomington and Indianapolis. The Educational Leadership master's degree program is combined with a program to obtain the Standard Administration License for Elementary or Secondary Administrators and Supervisors. This degree is open only to those who hold a standard Indiana teaching license. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required for admission to the master's program. One must have five years of teaching experience before the license will be issued. A certification only program is available for students who already hold a master's degree and valid Indiana teaching license and who wish to become licensed as an elementary or secondary principal.
