The IUPUI School of Education’s Online Universities program is a program that offers graduate credit and professional growth opportunities entirely online to P-12 teachers and staff in surrounding school districts using the district’s online learning management system. Our program offers a user-friendly, individualized approach to meet the district needs for professional development while providing enriching opportunities to teachers.
The Online Universities program offers online graduate courses for professional development, license renewal, or Master’s Degree. Whenever possible, we will work with district personnel who are qualified as adjunct instructors to integrate specific district initiatives and technology features into the course content.
Currently we have four options for an Online University cohort in your district:
- M.S. in Elementary or Secondary Education
- M.S. in Education with a Focus on Technology
- Certification in Mild and Intense Interventions
- Master’s Degree in Special Education with Certification
*this program is designed for a general education teacher with no special education background
To participate in our Online Universities program, a supported platform for online learning is required. We welcome the opportunity to partner with your school district.
